How it works, step by step
Contact us
Tell us your part number. We confirm repairability and send you a quote with shipping instructions.
Pack & ship
Wrap your EMM securely in a small box. Drop it at any DHL service point or schedule a home collection.
We repair it
We diagnose, repair and bench-test your EMM. Typical repair time is 3–5 working days after arrival.
Back at your door
We ship it back via DHL Express with tracking. Usually 2–3 days to reach you anywhere in the world.
Choosing a carrier
Which courier should you use?
It depends on where you're shipping from. The difference comes down to customs.
Shipping from within the EU
There are no customs formalities inside the EU, so you're free to use whichever carrier is most convenient for you — DPD, PostNL, DHL, UPS or any other local provider all work fine. Just pack your EMM securely and send it tracked and insured.
Shipping from outside the EU
We strongly discourage using a random local provider. Importing into the Netherlands requires the correct customs paperwork, declared value and commodity codes — get this wrong and your EMM can be delayed at the border, hit with unexpected duties, or returned to you. Use our DHL Express service so we handle the customs documentation for you. Contact us and we'll arrange it.
